Every item is made especially for you after you place your order. By creating products on demand instead of in bulk, we're able to reduce waste while offering unique designs you'll love.

Processing Time

Most orders are carefully produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we create your order.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

These delivery estimates begin after production is complete and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping destination and the items in your order.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains more than one item, they may be produced at different fulfillment locations and shipped separately. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, email info@cheekycheetahproducts.com as soon as possible. We'll gladly update your address if your order has not yet entered production.

Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at info@cheekycheetahproducts.com. We'll work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
